Shipping policy
We ship WORLDWIDE to the following countries and regions:
Sweden & Europe (most states), Norway, United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, New Zealand.
PLEASE NOTE ORDERS OUTSIDE THE EU member states may be liable for additional taxes and duties on receipt of goods. Contact your local customs office for more information regarding taxes and duties payable in your region.
Please allow 2-3 days for stock items to be shipped. If you are purchasing a made to order or pre-order item please allow 3-4 weeks for your item to be shipped.

Express Shipping - up to 5kg: 1-3 days delivery (DHL Service Point, närmaste ombud) : €8
Express Shipping - 5.1kg - 10kg: 1-3 days delivery (DHL Service Point, närmaste ombud) : €13

Order Processing Times and Confirmation
Stock items: Please allow 2-3 days for your order to be shipped.
Made to order items: Current wait time is 3-4 weeks plus shipping time. If you would like your order sooner than this please email info@birgittahelmersson.com and we will do our best to accommodate you.
ALL ORDERS: You will receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as the order is processed and leaves the studio. Once the order has been confirmed we will be unable to make changes to that order including delivery location.
