Shipping policy

*US Customers: We’ve temporarily suspended shipping of physical products due to unpredictable import tariffs. Digital sewing patterns remain available as usual. We’re working on a solution and hope to resume shipping soon.*

 

PLEASE NOTE ORDERS OUTSIDE THE EU (INCLUDING THE UK) may be liable for taxes and duties on receipt of goods. Contact your local customs office for more information regarding taxes and duties payable in your region.

Please allow 2-3 days for stock items to be shipped. If you are purchasing a made to order or pre-order item please allow 3-4 weeks for your item to be shipped.

We ship worldwide and offer several carrier options. 

Our shipping options are based on weight and region and are as follows..

 

SWEDEN

up to 1kg : 5-10 days delivery (Postnord - not traceable)  : €6

1.1 to 2kg: 5-10 days delivery (Postnord - not traceable)  : €8

up to 5kg: 1-3 days delivery (DHL Service Point, närmaste ombud)   : €8

5.1kg - 10kg: 1-3 days delivery (DHL Service Point, närmaste ombud) : €13

 

EUROPE ZONE 1

Denmark, Finland, Germany, Netherlands, Estonia, Belgium, Poland, Austria, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxemborg.

up to 0.6kg: 5-28 days delivery (Snail Mail - Postnord - Traceable)  : €14

up to 3kg: 3-7 days delivery (DHL - Traceable) : €22

3.1kg to 10kg: 3-7 days delivery (DHL - Traceable) : €28

 

EUROPE ZONE 2 & UK

United Kingdom, France, Spain, Portugal, Italy, Greece, Bulgaria, Croatia, Hungary, Ireland, Romania, Slovenia.

up to 0.6kg: 5-28 days delivery (Snail Mail - Postnord - Traceable)  : €14

0.7kg - 1kg: 5-28 days delivery (Snail Mail - Postnord - Traceable)  : €17

1.1kg - 2kg: 5-28 days delivery (Snail Mail - Postnord - Traceable)  : €22

up to 3kg: 3-7 days delivery (DHL or UPS - traceable) : €28

3.1kg to 10kg: 3-7 days delivery (DHL or UPS - traceable) : €32

 

REST OF THE WORLD *Please note Postnord - traceable 14-42 days delivery : with this shipping option you will need to allow up to 6 weeks, sometimes it does arrive earlier but it can take more time depending on your location.

up to 1kg: 14-42 days delivery (Snail Mail - Postnord - Traceable) : €18

Order Processing Times and Confirmation

Stock items: Please allow 2-3 days for your order to be shipped.

Made to order items: Current wait time is 3-4 weeks plus shipping time. If you would like your order sooner than this please email info@birgittahelmersson.com and we will do our best to accommodate you.

ALL ORDERS: You will receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as the order is processed and leaves the studio. Once the order has been confirmed we will be unable to make changes to that order including delivery location.
