SIZING & CUSTOMISATION
We provide relevant garment measurements on all items in the product description. We run standards sizes of S, M and L, but can also offer custom sizing. Please email email@example.com if you have a special request.
Our S/M/L Sizing generally fits the below measurements, but please read our individual Garment Measurements carefully as some pieces are oversized and will therefore be more flexible in their sizing structure.
Small: Bust 83cm-88cm, Waist 68cm-73cm, Hips 90cm-95cm
Medium: Bust 88cm-93cm, Waist 73cm-78cm, Hips 95cm-100cm
Large: Bust 93cm-98cm, Waist 78cm-83cm, Hips 100cm-105cm
All items are manufactured in-house in Malmö Sweden in the HELGROSE studio//Store. We use all remnants and offcuts to make new items such as woven rag rugs and soft furnishings, making our production process Zero Waste.
We currently ship to the following countries:

Our shipping costs are flat rate and are as follows:
Flat Rate Shipping within SWEDEN: 100SEK
Flat Rate Shipping with the EU and EEA : 150SEK
Flat Rate Shipping outside of the EU and EEA: 200SEK
Returns & exchange policy
If you are within the EU and would like to return or exchange any of your full priced items, you may do so within 7 days of receiving the product. Items received outside this period will not be accepted.
Customers outside of the EU who wish to return or exchange full priced items, please contact us immediately so that we can assist with your return as we understand that items may take longer than 7 days to get back to us.
· Be in saleable condition
· Be in original packaging
· Have original tags still attached
· Not have been worn, damaged or washed
Sale items will not be eligible for return (refund or exchange) unless the item is deemed faulty. For this reason, we ask that you consider your purchases carefully.
You are responsible for the cost of returning items, unless the item is deemed faulty or the incorrect item has been sent – in which case the cost of return shipping will be refunded once processed. Return shipping must be prepaid via a traceable service; we recommend registered post.
How to return
Please follow these steps to return a purchase.
1. Read the above returns policy to ensure that the item is eligible for return

· Order number
· Reason for wanting a return
· Style(s) for which you are seeking a return
· And whether you would like a refund, exchange or credit note issued where applicable
If requesting an exchange, please include the preferred style/size/colour that you would like.

4. Your return will be assessed and if approved the appropriate action will take place:
· Refund – your refund will be credited to the original payment method. This may take up to 10 days.
· Credit note issued
Orders placed will be dispatched within 3 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as the order is processed and leaves the studio. Once the order has been confirmed we will be unable to make changes to that order including delivery location.
Taxes & Duties
Unfortunately, we cannot be held accountable for any extra taxes or duties which may be applied by customs in the country in which your order will be delivered. This responsibility rests with the customer.
